Family with children enjoy a comfortable stay
The large bathroom in our suite was a highlight for me. it even had a retro-style bathtub, making it perfect for relaxing after a day's hiking! The staff were friendly and attentive, even helping us find a table at a busy restaurant without any hassle.
It wasn’t the most affordable, but all in all still acceptable.

The room was beautifully designed and had a stunning walk-in shower that made for a refreshing experience. I loved unwinding in the cozy lounge area and enjoyed the relaxing outdoor terrace. The only thing I noticed was that the air conditioning didn't quite keep up, but it didn't ruin my stay at all! 😊

stylish but slow breakfast service

The breakfast service was disappointingly slow during our stay.

The spacious two-bedroom suite offered a stunning view of the mountains and town, especially enchanting at dawn with mist floating over the peaks. The retro-style bathtub in the large master ensuite was a nice touch, making for a luxurious soak after a day on the slopes.
The air conditioning was off during winter, which meant I stifled in my room at a relentless 23°C. There was no step-free access into the hotel, causing difficulty for those needing it. Breakfast options were limited and often ran low on key items, and it was a shame that the coffee was reminiscent of a cheap diner rather than the Italian standard you expect. I found the twin beds a bit too narrow for comfort and the lack of complimentary bottled water a puzzling oversight.

The room was incredibly comfortable with a lovely balcony that offered an amazing view of Aosta. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality rainfall shower and the welcoming bakery next to the hotel, which served delicious pastries for breakfast. The convenient online check-in process made arriving a breeze, allowing us to head straight to our room upon arrival.
Wi-Fi password had to be re-entered multiple times.

The Classic Double or Twin Room was comfy and well-equipped. The bed felt amazing, and the rain shower was a highlight for sure! The decor was modern and stylish, and the balcony had a nice view of the town, which was a bonus. we found some wardrobe sections were just dummies, which was weird. Plus, the power sockets were tricky to access with a UK plug unless you went to the bathroom. The room was spacious, but those little details could use some tweaking.
